5. Wallet and Blockchain Notice

• Your blockchain wallet is self-custodial, meaning Real Photos never has access to your keys.
• Public blockchain transactions are permanently visible and outside our control. We cannot delete or modify blockchain records.
• Any NFTs or on-chain metadata may be indexed by third-party services.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your own device, wallet, and keys.

7. Children's Privacy

Real Photos is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a user under 18 has provided us data, we will delete it immediately.

8. International Users

Our servers may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using Real Photos, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries that may not have the same data protection laws as your country of residence.

10. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Restrictions

All content hosted on the Real Photos platform, including but not limited to photographs, metadata, user-generated content, and associated materials (collectively, "Protected Content"), is subject to the following restrictions:

• Prohibition on Automated Data Collection: No person, entity, or automated system may scrape, crawl, extract, or otherwise collect Protected Content for the purpose of training, developing, or improving artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, large language models, or any similar computational systems without the express written consent of both Real Photos and the original content creator.
• Third-Party Platform Restrictions: This prohibition extends to any third-party websites, platforms, or services that display, redistribute, or make available Protected Content originating from Real Photos, regardless of the method of distribution or display.
• Commercial and Non-Commercial Use: These restrictions apply to both commercial and non-commercial uses of Protected Content for AI training purposes.
• Enforcement: Real Photos reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any party that violates these restrictions, including but not limited to injunctive relief, monetary damages, and attorney's fees.
